Process
Once we have successfully established the first contact with you, we will interview you and your team to get a real good grip about the problem you are facing.
With the right questionnaire on hand we are equipped to identify some basic level of understanding.
Afterwards we analyze the current situation and we would propose a first high level roadmap.
Later on we will propose you the schedule for the face-to-face or virtual sessions where we will work present the achieved progress, discuss the current stage of analysis and define the next steps.
